External linking

Opt-in outbound URL censoring for object fields, plus an allowlist of domains. Censoring is off by default (censoringEnabled: false).

Read censoringEnabled and allowed external domains.

GET /api/v1/{locale}/{websiteId}/external-linking

Replace the allow list and optionally set censoringEnabled (website superadmin).
